Mark Kirkby

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and currently works for PGA Management Pty Ltd, a private Family Office and Investment Company, as its Commercial Director. Mark is a member of the PGA Family Office Board and also manages the Group’s listed equities portfolio and provides commercial support, as an independent director, to the group’s commercial investments. Mark is Chair of Arthurs Seat Eagle Pty Ltd and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Sea Forest Limited. During his career, Mark has held various senior financial executive roles, in a variety of industry sectors and geographies, in both listed and unlisted companies. In his role as Chairman of the FARR Committee, he is responsible for overseeing risk management, group finance and reporting; including audit and budgeting, and senior executive remuneration matters.

Mark has been a Director of Mainstream Aquaculture since 2015.
