Peter is an experienced strategic advisor and corporate finance practitioner with extensive strategy development and transactional experience.  He is a partner in Melbourne based boutique advisory business, Tooronga Advisory providing M&A and strategy advice to a range of clients.  Most recently Peter was CFO and Chief Development Officer or ASX-Listed, Mayne Pharma, and prior to that a Managing Director at Credit Suisse covering middle market and founder owned companies.   He has an established track record of value creation across a wide range of industries and deal contexts.
